Recently on May 5-8 in San Diego, California, the ICMI community of contact center managers and experts met to share ideas and discuss state of the art customer service. Nice to see many of the awesome people that we have worked with over the years, as well as meet new friends and industry contacts we hope to work with in the future. Plus visiting San Diego is always a pleasure. Thanks ICMI!
